Moving Checklist - Prepare For Your Home Move

As your moving day approaches there are a few final steps, a residential moving checklist you should follow to guarantee a smooth move.

  • For those customers who do their own packing, please make sure that all the boxes are prepared to be loaded on moving day.
  • Unplug all electrical appliances at least 24 hours prior to the move, so they can adjust to room temperature.
  • If you are moving any appliances please have them defrosted, cleaned, and unplugged prior to the moving crew arrival.
